Breaking the Single Digit Body Fat Barrier

The barrier is REAL. Been hovering at 10.5-12% body fat for close to two months now, and recently decided to do a hard reset and eat at maintenance for two weeks. Been back to 3 day cut cycles, followed by a carb load day every fourth day, and my scale is literally all over the place from morning to morning weigh-in....far from the steady, predictable progression I experienced in going from 23% down to 12%. It's literally a battle to get the body down into the single digits at this point....any pointers/relatable struggles to share???
