I'm 35, 168lbs and my goal is 125-130

Howdy! I'm trying to do this differently this time and was hoping to plug in with some folks who would like to check in daily about anything fitness/health related.

I've "lost 17 pounds" twice this year, but gained it back. However, I'm tired of the back and forth. So, I'm really pushing myself this time. I have close friends who are very supportive, but I figure the more the merrier.

Hopefully my last "Day 1" for a very long time. :) My goal is to knock this out ASAP, then going into a maintaince routine. My goal is the week of December 18th to be in the 130s, if not exactly 130 (oh the holidays ha!).
