Newbie to the forum!

I am not brand new to MFP, but I haven't been following my guidelines either. My daughter and I joined a local gym about a month ago and I LOVE going. Crossramp is my new BFF. However, I SUCK at getting my intake under control. We southerners love our food. Unfortunately, I have loved it too much over the years. I have 90 lbs to lose, and hoping to encourage my teenage daughter to be a healthier eater and lose some unwanted pounds as well. I do not want to develop diabetes or high cholesterol. I do not want to have to keep taking these BP medications. There are so many things I want to start doing again that I can not do if I keep up this pattern of over eating. I love reading other peoples success stories and tips on exercise.

  • I am new to this to, i have been doing it for 4 days now and i am very possitive with it so far, everyone has to start some where.
    Keep a possitive mind and work hard and the lbs will fall off
