Hi, I'm 18 and I just got to my goal weight (120) and I kinda just wanna hover around there. I'm very active, getting a good hour in of physical activity for at least 4 days a week. Any tips on snacks or eating patterns or exercises so that my weight doesn't change dramatically. I'm also recovering from an eating disorder so I'm not use to "eating normally" I guess
