Juicing 2 meals a day

Hey friends!

I began juicing for breakfast and lunch with veggie snacks in the afternoon and a light dinner. I've only been at it for a week but I haven't really noticed any changes like those I've been reading about. Is anyone else doing this? I plan to continue but am a little bummed...

Any thoughts, advice, encouragement much appreciated!

Laura

    Eat real food.

Do you really want to juice twice a day, everyday forever?
It sounds expensive and like you're lacking protein & fat - two essential macronutrients

Yes but dinner was raw vegan salad with avocados , I snacked on unsalted nuts and seeds, ate figs and dates and a few bananas a day , supplemented with wheatgrass etc, came to over 1500 to 2000 cals a day! Went running and to the gym, the weight fell off , fat wise! I now eat protein bars and shakes and omelettes and some ,normal meals and the weight stays off!

Thank you! And yes my calories are around 1500 also. Its not a permanent thing just something I wanted to try after reading about all the health benefits. I was also hoping it would break my plateau that I've been on forever!
