I'm currently about to start my senior year of high school and I lost 30 pounds. I'm finally happy with myself but I'm terrified of college. Will I be peer pressured into unhealthy eating situations/ social eating ? How do I avoid the "Freshman 15"?

Peer pressure can be completely controlled by you. Enjoy things in moderation but be sensible in your diet and nutrition and keep up your physical activity.

What helped me was being super strict with my diet during regular meals so that when things came up on the weekend like going out to dinner, going to parties, or ordering cheap chinese food I didnt need to worry about it.

Make use of your campus gym. Also find the healthy food options (my college had a salad build your own salad bar so i ate that all the time. If you live off campus its easier because you cook for yourself.

As for the peer pressure try to make friends who are like minded to you, then you can encourage each other to make healthy choices.

Track your calories. Make sure to leave room for late-night dorm room indulgences.

Keep in mind you'll be doing a ton of walking around campus, which will burn more calories.
