Hi All,
I lost over 2 stone sensibly over a few years, but seem to have enjoyed married life far to much and put on 10lbs in a year.
Anyone else in this situation and looking to support each other in a more healthier lifestyle?

I gained 25 pounds after getting married. Ugh. My husband insists it's because he's so sweet.
What has helped on this journey is better meals & more exercise. Playing with your spouse brings you closer & burns calories. A win, win.0 -
Lol yes
Well not so much that but when I got together with my partner. So much going out eating n drinking. All social things revolved around food and drink! Plus I stopped going gym that I loved as I put 'us' first. God I got so fat lol Then depressed. Took me 6 years now but I'm back to gym and exercise, I do my MFP, and changed things uo in kitchen. It's planning. I do shopping list and mainly do cooking to make sure not over eating. Meal prep. I don't mindlessly eat n drink at home to 'connect' . We go bush walking or beach instead of pub. We still go out however it's once a week not 4 lol0
