starting a weightloss plan after c section

I got quite upset during recovery from c section. Its been nearly a month now and my wound has healed from outside but still not feeling fully flexible like before.
As I'm feeding infant I'm eating healthy but more often..
I need to know best ways to get physically active... Or else I would put on more weight!!
