Getting back on track with Macros!

Hey everyone! Im getting back on track by tracking my macros. I used to count calories but I've learned that not all calories are the same. Ive lost 55 pounds but unfortunatly gained some of that back. Looking to lose 20-30 pounds and get lean and healthy! Introduce yourself and lets cheer each other on!

    Woo! I'm looking to lose about 80 lbs. I am counting macros and doing intermittent fasting. Let's do this!
