HI, I started the keto diet 7 days ago to nourish my brain in a healthier manner. I find it hard since most vegetables contain carbs and my allotment for carbs is 19.06 grams per day. 135 grams per day for fats and 57 grams for proteins. The goal given by my nutritionist is 1500 to 1700 calories a day. I am wondering how other individuals on the keto diet are taking it ?-hard- happy easy-other view point? .....

    Hi! I've been Keto since August 1 and love it! I have a 1700 calorie limit and try to keep my carb macros below 20%. There are great recipes on Pinterest and other sites. I Breathe Im Hungry even has a meal plan. Low Carb Traveler is also a good site. I've lost 10 pounds and feel so much better !
