Day 9 done yesterday. Rest today. Although I unloaded 700 pounds of tile from my car so I don't call that rest!2

Day 10 done. Lol dkginger, my off days are the same, so much more work.1

Rough week - missed a few days - back at it tomorrow. There, I said it. That means I have to do it, lol.

No day 16 for me. Thighs were killing and worked allllll day. Perhaps day 17 will be a success.....0

Day 17, which should have been a breeze, was soooo hard for me today! It took me twice as long, but day 17, done!1

Day 18 done mostly.... Those squats...whoa. Today done -19. Will do all make ups tomm. Will be on a plane most of the 21st (rest day? Or if not it should be funny doing them in the airports, if I can stifle my pride.)1

Day 19 done. This month should be easier to me than last month, but it's not. Maybe because I've had to slow down my cardio & my endurance is waning?.!?0

Got caught up yesterday & can't do today! I went to the ER at 2a.m. and I'm pooped! Everything seems fine, thank goodness. Back to being a day behind again . . . Oy vey!0
