How Many Calories Burned? - Dance Like an Idiot at a Rave

A friend and I partied for 10 minutes or so at a rave before our shift last night since we had to be bouncers and keep things in order as volunteers. Security there is just for show and to break up fights if there were any. And it was really hot in the rave with everyone sweating it out and heavy fog machines going.

So she and I danced like the other people there just to try it out and I felt like I wasn't dancing right? Not sure... I can dance other stuff but I feel like I dance like an idiot at a rave or if I was doing it right... First timer.

So I was just wondering how many calories are burned dancing at a moderate level?
