Hello, everyone! My name is Michelle and I just started using My Fitness Pal. I recently turned 30, and have been heavy my whole life. I finally decided I had had enough, and this past November, started to really change my diet. I lost 54 pounds on my own, but hit a plateau and didn't lose or gain anything for about a month. A friend of mine recommended this as a tool, and I have found it to be very helpful. The new calorie count I have is something I am trying to get used to--I feel like I am hungry all of the time! :) If you would like to add me, please feel free to do so, and I will try to help you in your weight loss journey. It's HARD, but we can do it! I look forward to this!
