Hi everyone I just go a trainer for the first time since my weight loss has slowed drastically 4 months into working out and staying within my calories. I could only afford 10 session so twice a week for 5 weeks. How do I make the most out of this I want to loose as much as possible in my time with him. I have 50 lbs to loose still after my initial 20 lbs lost

Tell him or her you want to learn exercise form and the basics of how to evaluate programs and modify for your needs.
You want to learn about exercise. You don't need a rep counter.
Best of luck.
