Here's what was for lunch today. Looks good and tastes GREAT!
Chicken Brat on the grill, served on a bed of spring green salad with fresh tomato; fresh fruits salad with a touch of sugar free strawberry glaze; fried zucchni with low fat cheddar cheese and Light Smart tomato sauce.

...And best of all - only 249 calories 22g pro 7g fat 22g carbs

    Where do you find sugar-free strawberry glaze?! I HATE strawberries but LOVE strawberry sauce I just stay away from it because of the sugars!

    It's Marzetti sugar free strawberry glaze from Meijer store in Michigan. Wal-Mart may have it as well. Only 10 calories for 2 Tbsp.
