HELP.

I'm 190 pounds, hoping to be 150 in time. Should I start protein shakes if I work out everyday and add strength or should I weight until I lose the fat?

    You can do protein shakes now or eat other protein based foods now because it is essential for muscle growth and fat burning. It is especially a good idea post workout to rebuild muscles after a tough training session.

    Protein shakes are supplements to help meet your protein goal. If you can reach your goal with other food then they are not necessary.
