Hi all!
Will be traveling a lot for work.. so here's my question:
What do you peeps do for your workouts when you stay at a hotel? and also for your diet?

If the hotel doesn't have a gym - pack a resistance band and use the internet for ideas. Youtube has a ton of workouts

    Bodyweight workouts are good.

    As for eating. ...

    Salad with grilled chicken.

Also, if it's a hotel, I will sometimes run the stairs.

If the hotel doesn't have a weight section I look for the closest gym and see if I can't get a 3 day pass.
I've found some that will give out a free pass for a couple days the majority are $5/day and others that get a little more $$.

If your room has a kitchen you have no excuses! If not just make good choices and log using your best guesses.

Youtube is going to be your best friend. You can carry a few resistance bands with you or a TRX if you have one. Pinterest also has some good workouts posted.
