Hey guys. I'm going to try out the paleo thing. I still will prob eat dairy because its just too damn good. And I've heard of the paleo thing being modified if one can't "do it" to the fullest. So anywho. I'm going through my fridge just as a pure curiosity and the fact it simply needs to be cleaned out. Now I'm not looking for criticisms or opinions on what's clean, dirty, bad, good. Just a simple question as I know this topic is excruciating for many people and the debate is neverending.
Dijon mustard is considered paleo however but I know brands differ and some wild ingredient can make it non paleo. . I have the food city brand. Ingredients: distilled vinegar, water, mustard flour, salt, white wine, sugar, pectin, garlic powder, citric acid, turmeric.
Does the added sugar and salt make it non-paleo?
