Hi I'm a newbie! Goal: lose 20 lbs

So I'm new here and would like to make some friends, especially if you have a similar goal as me! Let's motivate each other!

I had a terrible knee accident half a year ago and was unable to walk for 3 months. Because of the lack of exercise, I gained 20 lbs and ate less healthy. My mental and physical health were at my worst. My last year at university was not great to say the least. However, now I'm able to walk and do light exercise. I'm excited to get back to being in decent shape :)

Specific goals: lose 20 lbs by the end of the year, gain lean muscle, eat healthier.

    The knee is a bummer *no pun*. I've had both dislocated before. I'm looking to lose about 10 pounds and gain some muscle mass. Feel free to add me & good luck!
