Fairly new to MFP but not LC dieting. Several years ago I went from 200 lbs to 145 in about 8 months. I stayed at 145 for about a year. I relapsed and for the past 6 months have weighed anywhere from 200 to 215. 6 weeks ago I decided to go back to LC dieting and dropped the first 15 pounds in 3 weeks. The past 3 weeks I've been stalled at 199.6 to 201.9 and can't seem to get past that. Often times it's very hard for me to get 1000 calories as I'm to full to eat anymore. My fat content has been very high and my carbs have been mostly 10 to 18 grams and protien around 116 to 146. I do have a lot of stress in my life and I have mostly a sit down job. I get anywhere from 6000 to 11000 steps in a day. Today I decided to start tracking my vitamins as well as carbs and etc because I want to make sure that I'm not depleting some of the nutritional values from my diet. If anyone has any suggestions I would sure love to here them. I'm addicted to my scales so my first goal is to not get on the scales for at least 7 days. This is going to be difficult for me because for over a year I have weighed myself at the least 3 times a day. Please help! I'm OCD!!
