Burning Calories Whilst Working???

I'm a waitress and I'm not sure how many calories I burn whilst at work. I was thinking of uploading it as 'walking' for so many hours? Not sure what to upload it as??

    When they figured your calories, did they ask what kind of "lifestyle" you lead? If so, and you checked "active" (which you should have), I would be afraid that you are double counting if you also then take off work as "exercise calories"
