Yes, most or all.
Remember - if you use MFP to set your calorie goal, the intention is that you will eat more to fuel your exercise. Otherwise you are creating a larger deficit.
- If you use another site to set your calorie goal, they usually include exercise already so you don't need to add any more.
The numbers are going to come out pretty much the same, either way, every calorie calculator I see says eat more when you exercise, you just add the cals before or after exercise.1 -
