Hello I am pleaserose. I kinda forgot about this app . Then I found it again . Anyway let's forget about that:). I am 25 and I weighted 300 or 299 on a good day. I use to hurt all the time work sucked. Now I do not hurt as much . I lost 12 pounds in three weeks. Most of it was water weight .

I started realizing that I felt like crap and that was not a good sign . I felt foggy and tinglingly. I knew the issue. It was red meats. They are hard for me to digest. And I love red meats! They smell so good. I experimented on and off with being a pescatarian. I knew that when I was a pescatarian I felt less foggy.

But usually after being a pescatarian for a month or two I crack. Hopefully no cracking this time. Sad part was I Just started exercising yesterday . I also only drink water . I have to pee a lot ...T_T .Not that any one wants to know that .

Any way I eat two granola bars a day.
Two apples or two peaches.
If I eat two of one then I eat one of the other .
I eat three meals. Sometimes a special K meal bar or a slim fast shake.
Sometimes a lot of carrots
I work in dietary so most of the day I am standing, walking or bending.
I hope we all can get along .

I have an allergy to caffeine and I sometimes lived off it . Detoxing was a nightmare. It felt like I drunk a lot of caffeine . That is not a pretty sight:/. Caffeine causes my leg to convulse rapidly . It does something to the nerves ... So I was told . I can drink caffeine in small amounts.

Any way One a day Woman's metabolism vitamins are a no:(. It gives me to much energy .

I decided to train for a 5 k race.

    congrats on your loss! hope you are getting your protein as pescatarian (beans nuts fish sushi quinoa etc) and vit b12. welcome back to food logging!

    I am ! And nice to meet you Lovebird. I eat smart one meals , or the lean cuisine ones. The vegetarian ones which have some form of protein in them . Boca burgers, and other soy protein things to.I also take a multi vitamin everyday . I plan on procuring soy protein powder soon. I also eat Special k meal bars which have any where from twelve to 14 grams of protein . I eat nature valley bars which has about nine . Thank you . I might look in to getting a vit B12 . Thank very much for your consideration.

    Psst ... What they don't tell you when you eat more veggies ... ..... The Gas ... Man the Gas. Gas relief pills are sometimes your best friend.
