Hi everyone!
I have a question about calories burnt during inline skating (fitness, no jumps). Yesterday I went for 18km (~11miles, total time 90min) and my app measured this activity to a bit over than 1000 Kcal, which I find hard to believe. It's just way too much.
In MFP there are two inline skating activities giving different calorie count - for 90min my weight it's either 1400 cal or 800. Is there any rule of thumb or a that I can believe?
