Drink more water 6-8 glasses
Exercise 3-4 tines per week 30 min sessions HIIT
Cut out bad foods crisps, chocolate, pop as think it's ok as I'm staying in my calories but weight not coming off
Eat more vegetables and fruit
Try to meditate if only 5 mins a day to relax
Goal 3 months see what change happens
Take photos of journey and not try to weigh, see transformation
