Hi everyone my name is Zara 48 years old
I need to loose about 3st in weight. I started the recommended 1200 calorie plan on MFP and this is my 4th week. The past week I have lost and then gained 2Lbs I find it very frustrating as I'm sticking to the plan and burning 1000 calories a day either on treadmill or long walks. I'm not seeing the results for the effort I'm putting in. Feel very demotivated. Any tips help advice or support would be appriciated.

Your calorie goal could be to low that's why you gained weight0

Your body might be in starvation mode up the calories a bit because you doing so much exercises try 1300 might work0

Starvation mode is a myth. I looked at your diary and it looks like you must have a good scale and are measuring in grams? How are you tracking your exercise? 1000 calories for a long walk or walking on the treadmill sounds like a lot. Could the 2lbs. gain be due to TOM?0 -
Yes am measuring in grams I have a different app for that0
