Hello Everyone,
I see that today is the day for many of us. Sept 1st, we start the Autumn weight loss marathon!! I have a lot of positive energy and appreciate a happy outlook! That being said, I HATE to exercise...but at 52, it's a necessity. Best time for me to exercise is in the evening. It would be great to find friends that would help encourage me to move it to lose it!!!
