Before this challenge I did 200 sit ups and 200 push ups a day as part of my routine. So those were not a problem.
The burpee's were a pain in the *kitten* as the reps increased but I did them. Had a Yuengling tonight to celebrate my little victory.
Well it is a wrap. One month of this challenge completed. No burpees for the rest of the year. b3achy once again thanks for cheering. I see your in Tampa. Cheers from Orlando!!!!!!!

Congrats on finishing the challenge @Missnu13 !! Woot!!! Honestly, I didn't even attempt due to the burpees and the 5 / day increments...knew it was going to be a bear. Congrats on sticking with it. That is a major accomplishment! Well done!!
