I've been training quite hard for a fight coming up in 8 weeks (Oct 29th). This is taking a toll on my body, plus I need to cut 15 lbs still (5 real 10 water the last couple days) so I am at a calorie deficit. Does anyone have suggestions to help recover from 3 hour sessions? Right now I consume stuff during the workout and after milk+whey+bcaa, but that's about it.

Thanks

Thanks!! This is good for protein, I was thinking beyond protein and timing issues with that.

In addition to BCAAs, you can try glutamine. Honestly, though, there isn't a supplement that can compensate for 3+ hours of hard training at a caloric deficit.

Lying spread eagled on the floor of the gym, fan ruffling my hair. That comes to mind.

Sadly when I'm lying on my floor at my gym means I walked into a cross or a head kick and there is no fan

FORM (by Le-Vel) is by far the BEST post workout supplement! 15g of collagen protein that your body actually absorbs and best part is you don't feel hungry after you take it!

Lol, the body absorbs all protein. And define BEST? 15 grams of protein? That's paltry compared to other whey isolates that supply 24 to 50 grams of protein per serving.

Sounds like you are needing complete supplementation. Seeing as that you are at a caloric deficit, your body and cells have probably reached starvation.
Please stop. Know what real starvation is if you're going to use the word.
If you use Thrive by Le-vel, you would have better chances of reaching your goal and still feel energized!
As compared to what? What's the actual break down dosage in percentage of ingredients in "proprietary blend"? And collagen protein is inferior to whey protein isolate for actual muscle repair.
