Hi all!
I am a spoonie newbie to the community although I've been logging for about 60 days now. I am trying to lose about 90 lbs (40 kg). I still have about 65 lbs to go!
I count calories (max 1590 per day according to MFP) and almost never meet my 35% protein goals. Sometimes I eat above my calorie goal... I eat gluten-free and diary-free by choice and try to eat whole foods as much as possible. Ok, that and 75% dark chocolate
)
Friend me!
FYI:
A spoonie is a person living with chronic illness, that identifies with Christine Miserandino's Spoon Theory.
Spoonies are people that live with chronic illness; theoretically measuring personal daily abilities much as one would measure the proper amount of spoons needed for an event or occasion... sometimes having an abundance, other times coming up short.
