I have filled out the basic questionnaire when you begin using the app and received the calorie goal and such. Have my own goals per day based on lifting, refeeds, and off days. Put those grams needed for the respected day but for example today it is adding more carbs, proteins. Why is this happening. All of my goals are set up properly but cannot figure

It comes from your exercise calories. MFP expects you to eat them back, so it distributes them according to your macro breakup. If you want to stick to your set goals only and no extra calories, you can either not log your exercise or turn off the option to add the calories to your goal, which is given to you with your Premium membership.0
