As the temperatures drop and we get fewer hours of daylight, we spend less time outside. I'm actually planning on being a lot more active this fall/winter, as I won't have to worry about heat exhaustion from taking a walk during my lunch time.

    I don't have those problems...

Actually, Fall is probably my favorite season to cycle...cycling is much more pleasant when it's not 105* outside...and cyclocross starts in October through December. In the winter I tend to hit the weight room more for the off season and do any rehabbing I need to do to get ready for the next cycling season and get out on the bike on nice days but otherwise use my trainer.

As food goes, I do a lot of stews and whatnot...pretty healthy.

Not for me. Hibernation season is about to end. It will finally be cool enough to exercise outside again!

ETA: I just posted to my wall about how it was so hot I don't even want to go to the gym. Too hot to exercise indoors!!! The heat index is 102. I don't even want to leave my office for lunch.
