Goal setting

So........5lb off first goal......initially set to lose 1lb a week.......decided to up loss goal to 1.5 per week......slow but sure..........for too many years I have set myself up for failure by trying to shift weight quickly.......actually enjoying eating better this time round and feel really determined,even knocking alcohol on the head for all of September.......can't recognise attitude change in myself!
