Im on a 1400cal plan and I'm moderately active about 3-4times a week and I also do weights. On topics of my goal calories I earn extra for exercise but I don't consume the extra calories earned and I feel fine. My question is:what happens if I don't eat the extra calories earned? I'm a female on a weight loss mission and I can spend an hour or two when I go to the gym.

If you don't eat your exercise calories back then you create a bigger deficit and most likely will lose more weight in a shorter time (if you have much to lose). From what I understand, if you don't have a lot to lose then a bigger deficit is not what you need, but I personally think if you are not hungry don't eat ---- I have no doubt someone will tell me that's not true1

Medical guidance is to avoid going below 1200cals pd, to avoid longer term health degradation.
If you're only eating to 1400 at the moment that doesn't leave you much contingency.
Yes, you'll lose faster, but you need to consider whether that's going to give the outcomes you want or whether a slower rate of loss would be more appropriate.
