Hi, my name's Kylie, I live in Queensland Australia. I've just joined as I'm finding it difficult to control my eating. I only need to lose a couple of kgs and joined a gym this year, but I'm so hungry. I recently gave up protein powders which I love and helped with my appetite, as I'd prefer to eat real food.
