grrr@those inner thighs

Hello everyone!!! My top problem area are my thighs, the INNER section. I need advice from any of you that have found a way to tone this trouble zone. I have become more physically active than I have been in the past and I'm very proud. My thighs continue to feel jiggly and I feel it when I walk. My inner thighs...especially my knee always feels heavy and I'm trying to tone, but they won't budge...any advice would be appreciated. :wink:
