Hello everyone!!! My top problem area are my thighs, the INNER section. I need advice from any of you that have found a way to tone this trouble zone. I have become more physically active than I have been in the past and I'm very proud. My thighs continue to feel jiggly and I feel it when I walk. My inner thighs...especially my knee always feels heavy and I'm trying to tone, but they won't budge...any advice would be appreciated.

although I have yet to master it, squats appear to be awesome for inner thighs and the toned behind area...
I have started leg lifts and squats and moisturize, exfoliate and moisturize with vitamin E and collagen lotion to improve the skin's elasticity.

If you keep losing the weight, your thighs will get smaller. If you go to the gym, I do the hip abduction/extension machines. It's the one where you either push in or push out with your thighs while sitting! Do it super slow going in and out and it'll burn like no other! My thighs don't touch as much and they look better already!0

Plie/sumo squats! I have the same problem, and I feel those in my inner thighs more so than regular squats.
