Welp...Gotta jump back on MFP to stay. After two years of progress I had to go and get super happy. And with that happiness came a desire to try to new types of cooking new types of experiences and a general relaxation of my dieting (btw - absolutely believe it's possible to enjoy all of those experiences while keeping within MFP goals, but I didn't make it happen). So...after putting back on about 25 lbs it's time to get back to strict calorie counting and the MFP community. Can't go back to 430 and never got quite to my 235 lbs. goal. Now I need to get a new fitbit and catch up to my wife and her 18,000 steps a day.

Wow, 18,000 (9 miles?) is alot. I'm lucky to get 8000 most days right now.

Good luck! I had something like that happen to me. But now I tightened up and am losing weight again.
