Hi there

I'm a bit confused as to hiw much I should eat to maintain my weight?

I am 5ft 7.5inched tall, female, age 42 and weigh 9 stone 5lbs.

Today I consumed 2343 calories worth of food (I treated myself to some chip shop chips lol).

I burnt 400 calories running

Will I have gone over my calorie allowance to maintain?

My TDEE works out at 2234, by clicking the 3-5 days a week moderate exercise option. Do I then add my exercise calories burnt each day on top of my TDEE figure?

    TDEE has exercise/activity built in.

Correct, TDEE includes exercise, so if you are using that number don't count the exercise as extra cals.

Stick with 2234 calories each day.

If you use tdee you don't need to eat back exercise cals, they should already be added.

Just remember that they're all estimates... try it for 6 weeks, tweak up or down depending what the scales do.
