Hi there
I'm a bit confused as to hiw much I should eat to maintain my weight?
I am 5ft 7.5inched tall, female, age 42 and weigh 9 stone 5lbs.
Today I consumed 2343 calories worth of food (I treated myself to some chip shop chips lol).
I burnt 400 calories running
Will I have gone over my calorie allowance to maintain?
My TDEE works out at 2234, by clicking the 3-5 days a week moderate exercise option. Do I then add my exercise calories burnt each day on top of my TDEE figure?

TDEE has exercise/activity built in.0

Correct, TDEE includes exercise, so if you are using that number don't count the exercise as extra cals.
Stick with 2234 calories each day.0 -
If you use tdee you don't need to eat back exercise cals, they should already be added.
Just remember that they're all estimates... try it for 6 weeks, tweak up or down depending what the scales do.0
