Nah, I'd rather continue to enjoy what I eat now, eat in my calorie allowance and reward myself with something that isn't a "cheat"

    More rewarding than what?

Define cheat meal please. It seems everyone has a different idea of what it means. For instance the definition of the word cheat is:

    cheat
    [CHēt]
    VERB
act dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage, especially in a game or examination:
    "she always cheats at cards"
avoid (something undesirable) by luck or skill:
"she cheated death in a spectacular crash"
    synonyms: avoid · escape · evade · elude · foil · frustrate · thwart
    NOUN
a person who behaves dishonestly in order to gain an advantage:

So in what way are you being dishonest or unfair unless you are being dishonest and unfair with yourself. Which makes no sense.

What advantage exactly are you gaining from this practice?

What undesirable thing are you avoiding?
