3 week diet accountability

So I purchased the 3 week diet last year but never got around to doing it. After reading a lot of reviews, it seems like a very legitimate diet. I have seen/heard only positive things! And after looking through the diet, it is all very healthy and easy to do. Would anyone like to buddy up and do it together? Being accountable to someone will help out a ton!

What have you been reading - I got the exact opposite impression.
What's "very healthy and easy to do", in more concrete terms? What calorie deficit are we aiming for, what are we going to eat?1 -
They claim you can lose between 12-23 pounds of fat in 21 days?
