What I've done, what I still have to do

I started actively losing weight about two years ago. I was getting up at 5am and going to the gym for about an hour 5 days a week. It grew to be longer than an hour and I started goi g 6 days and then 7. I lost 70 lbs from my heaviest and I have put 10 lbs of muscle on that. It was hard work but I love how good I feel now. I'm trying to focus on body fat % (bfp). My heaviest was 33%bf...now I am at 19/20 BF aiming for 15%.
