Okay , don't know where to start.
I am having a hard time losing weight, I can go down 5lb or more a week drinking Herbalife products but that's not something I want to do all my life. As soon as I stop drinking the shake every morning I gain back what I lost so far. I found out that there are three body types and that you have to eat according to your body and it looks like I'm in the hardest group of all. It looks like I have to keep track of my macros something like 30% carbs 35% protein and 35% fat so I can lose weight I just don't know what to eat or cook or how to calculate my macros the more I read online or see videos about it the more confused I get. Please help.

First off, somatotypes are a fitness myth. They were developed by a psychologist.
Having said that, if you want to get rid of the overpriced drinks, I would. But by doing so, you still need to find some calorie control. So just replace them with some food (eggs, oatmeal or whatever you like). Also recognize that if you lose really large amounts of weight in a week, it's mainly not fat (it can be from depleted glycogen, reductions in sodium and/or waste in your GI system, or even time of the month).
