Nonfat cappuccino, nonfat latte, skinny vanilla latte or iced coffee with 2%. I don't ever sweeten my coffee so I save calories on that. I just had a venti iced coffee with 2% milk earlier. Delicious0

I usually go for an Americano and just use truvia to sweeten it! Pretty simple1

Thanks ladies. ...All sounds lovely!!0

I had a grande light caramel frap yesterday for 140 calories.1

Coffee.
Just good old-fashioned coffee.4 -
I do iced coffee with milk, no classic, sub sugar free hazelnut (or any other sugar free flavor). My other favorite is the the Starbucks double shot on ice with a sugar free syrup.1

I drink a Redeye and on days I need more energy, a Blackeye!!1

I'm going to miss the pumpkin spice latte this time of year1

Hi!! When I need caffeine, I usually do a venti Americano with two pumps of white mocha and one pump of caramel! It is about 70 calories if memory serves me. Now that it's pumpkin season, I'll be doing a shot of pumpkin spice syrup instead of the caramel!
Otherwise I do an unsweetened iced green tea! Refreshing and zero calories1 -
Unsweetened black iced tea (0 cals) or unsweeted black iced tea lemonade (45 cals for a grande). But I don't like coffee so I never had many choices anyway. I love their skim chai lattes, but then I'm looking at 200 cals and have to work it in.1

No Starbucks here, but my coffee shop treats are either a long black or a skinny latte, depending on the day and how many cals I want to use.
I'm not a fan of flavoured coffees, I'd rather use those cals on food.0 -
I just had a skinny cinnamon dolce latte.0

Cheers! I'm the same. If I'm out and about, in need of a coffee break, I much prefer McDonald's coffee over SBux any day. It's a perfect, classic coffee, IMHO. And only $1.1 -
I'm typically seen at Starbucks at least twice a day, so I have quite a few favorites (all of which are calorie friendly).
1. Venti Iced Green Tea w/ 3 Equal (blue sweetener), really refreshing
2. Venti Iced Coffee w/ 6 pumps Sugar-Free Caramel, Vanilla, or Cinammon Dolce syrup 2 Equal & Extra Skim Milk
3. A triple shot espresso
4. Mini Frappuchino w/ skim milk (can range from 110-200 Calories but is worth it as a treat0 -
Cold brew is good with little not milk and a light sweetener.. there is also a reserve sweet cream cold brew only 70 calories...0

Black as the night1

The grande pumpkin spice with coconut milk and no whip was right around 200. To get in my fall favorite and not completely fall off the band wagon it hit the spot!0

I was thinking of buying a milk frother from Amazon, they are around $5. Buying a sugar free syrup, and just making my treat coffee at home. I use unsweetened almond milk, which starbucks doesn't use, which is only 30 cals for 8 oz. It would also save me $8 at the starbucks drive through lol5

My go to when I'm cutting calories is a tall, skinny, cinnamon dolce late. It's delicious, mild and one of the lowest calorie "specialty" drinks.1
-
I also usually go for the cinnamon dolce latte, or a skinny mocha light frap. 140 for a grande!0
-
Thanks guys....fab ideas. Going to Starbucks tomorrow looking forward to having a cinnamon dolce latte! But will certainly be trying the other ones suggested in this thread also! Mmm....0

Large black coffee (20 oz) - dark roast -- 5 calories. No sugar or cream added. I'm told that dark roast has less caffeine than lighter roast, which is a side benefit. That's all I ever order now.0
-
I'm not sure if it would still be available, but their spiced sweet cream was great.
Around 120-140 calories, can't remember exactly
I dislike their black coffee and prefer a hot tea if I'm on a low calorie day.0 -
Espresso Con Panna, two shots and whip, 35 calories. No substitutes1
-
Venti nonfat cappuccino with a dash of cinnamon-110 cal
Venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew-110 cal
Grande nonfat vanilla machiato-180 cal
Grande vanilla latte-200 cal

Tall iced coffee with soy milk, no classic syrup, with 1/2 pump of sugar free peppermint is the best holiday drink!0
