I can't find it on MFP, on the site, or any calorie database. Does anyone know where I could find this? Thanks.

Most ducks are vegetarian, aren't they?

Similar but instead of the mushrooms, there is mock duck.

As per curlycockney's suggestion, despite my facetious post, if you know the recipe, then use the recipe builder. If it's shop bought with packaging with nutritional info, use the values given to add it to your foods. Otherwise, find something similar or deconstruct it.

Lol it's okay. This dish is from a restaurant: "Mock Vegetarian Peking Duck with hoisin sauce and green onions". Thank you for the suggestion!

To deconstruct that, I'd find a near matching entry for veggie chinese pancakes with scallions then add in an appropriate weight for something like tofurkey.

Thank you for the suggestions! :) I think I found something similar to the veggie Chinese pancakes.

What I used to do for restaurant meals is try to deconstruct them and log the ingredients. I'd estimate size and then add in extra butter or oil (depending on the type of restaurant and the dish). Now I don't bother with that, but I've been doing it for a while. Some like to find a similar dish in the database, but unless you know it's comparable I think that's unlikely to be any more accurate and most of what I get is too specific for that to work (which is what I'd guess about the dish you mention here).
