Hey everyone! I'm sorry if this is a repeat question :) How do yall feel about drink mixes? Like adding powder to bottled water. I have found I drink a lot more "water" when I turn it into lemonade. What are dangers with this or is it OK? What are your thoughts? Thanks! :)

    No dangers.

Unless you do it whilst crossing the road, and well, splat.

I use them all the time! Don't forget to log them, they usually have a small amount of calories.

There's nothing wrong with them. I use them quite often myself, though I'm very sensitive to sweets taste-wise so I further dilute mine [like using one pack made for 16.9 oz in a liter/32oz bottle of water]. I don't really count mine, as the ones I get usually are very low in calories [usually 2-3 per cup and I always try to stick to my 64oz fluid restriction each day, so it never goes over 24 calories total] or doesn't have any calories at all.

My favorite is the True Lime series, especially the Black Cherry Limeade ones.

I dilute mine too. Use one packet for two bottles of water try to evenly distribute it. I use the light lemonade too. :) 15 cal per packet
