Eating less than before but weigh more!?

I started with eating 220-2400 and maintaining about 7 months ago. I wanted to loose more and started to decrease my intake. I am now eating around 1800-2100 calories and since March I've gained 6.5lbs! Why is this?! My activity level hasn't changed at all... Any ideas or advice?I weigh my food with a food scale and measure everything.

That is not possible. If you've gained weight over seven months, that is evidence that you have been eating too much.

Do you weigh all solid foods you consume, and measure all liquids? Do you log every single thing you consume? Do you do your own research to ensure you are choosing proper food entries?

Do you have any days when you go over on calores? Do you log those days too?

Do you keep track of exercise, and at your exercise calories back? If so, where do you get your exercise burns from?

And check your sodium and carb levels; you need both, but too much of either will make you retain water. If you're weighing, measuring, and still not losing after a month or two, think about other things... are you constipated? Low on energy? Be really careful for a month, and then go to a doctor for a checkup if there's still no logical explanation.

    You must be pregnant.
