why do people like to be naked in the sauna?

I don't like the saunas...I prefer the steam rooms and it feels so damn good to be naked. Why would I want to put on clothes when they're just going to be drenched by the time I exit? I drape a towel over me, but I wouldn't mind if other women were naked -- there's only about a few minutes before the steam blinds you to everything anyway.
