    Me too, my daughter is 8. Solo parenting since she was born. The thing I've found is that everything is about her, and I'm everything to her. But I didn't start losing till I put myself first. Not all day every day, but for the things I need to get this done, which for me is meal prep (several hours on weekend and sometimes another weeknight) and exercise. She's adjusted, she's healthier too (my walking buddy) so we're both better off. Let's do it; I've still got like 30 to go!
