Cymbalta and Nausea

I was prescribed Cymbalta 60mg to treat fibromyalgia by my rheumatologist. I just started taking it and have been met with some pretty significant nausea and anorexia. I was actually hungry when I took it and lost my appetite completely. I'm forcing myself to eat to maintain my calories but I'm almost disgusted with food and I feel like I'm trying to not throw up at all times. I have zofran at home from the last time I was sick but it apparently interacts with Cymbalta so I'm not going to take it.
Anyone take Cymbalta that had a similar experience? Do these symptoms subside at all? I'm only on my first week with it so I'm hoping they will lessen some. How do you maintain your calorie goals with literally zero appetite?
