Well I'm two weeks in and 15 lbs down...... only 60 lbs to go give or take a few..... so how do u find the app??

    Hi all, new to fitness pal, but have been on a diet for 6 weeks now - following the Low GL diet by Patrick Holford. Love it to be honest - easy to follow and fab food!!! I have ME and my weight had crept up over the last few years - as I can't be active. Having changed my diet I am feeling much better in myself - although I can't do crazy amounts - I have started doing a small amount of power walking - which I am enjoying!! So far I have lost 12 pounds - still got about 2 stone to go!!1 Found this app through a friend of mine - have joined for help and support really as I am doing this on my own - which is really hard!! Looking forward to chatting with you all!! :)
